Authentic Muay Thai Training in Phuket for All Levels
Best Muay Thai Camp in Phuket
At Sor Dejdamrong Muay Thai, we proudly welcome students of all ages, genders, nationalities, and skill levels. Our training is rooted in traditional Muay Thai, taught with the same dedication and techniques that shaped Kru Rong himself, while also incorporating the latest advancements in Muay Thai theory and technique.
As the home of Thailand’s next generation of fighters, Sor Dejdamrong offers a family atmosphere that blends the energy of newcomers with the focus of those preparing to compete in Bangkok. Here, we nurture each student’s journey—whether you’re a beginner, visiting for a short time, or an experienced fighter looking to elevate your career.
If selected to represent Sor Dejdamrong, you’ll join our fighters in pre-session runs and in learning the full breadth of Muay Thai techniques, including clinching—a skill often overlooked in more fitness-focused gyms.
Phuket Muay Thai Class Schedule

Why Choose Sor Dejdamrong for Your Muay Thai Journey?
Choosing the right camp in Phuket is essential for your development as a martial artist. Unlike larger "factory" gyms, Sor Dejdamrong focuses on the authentic technical foundations that have made Thai fighters world-renowned. Here, you aren't just another face in a crowd; you are part of a lineage.
Tailored Training for Every Goal
Whether you are stepping onto the mats for the first time or you are a professional fighter preparing for a stadium bout in Bangkok, our programming adapts to you. Our curriculum covers:
• Technical Striking: Mastering the "Art of Eight Limbs" with precision.
• Authentic Clinching: Unlike fitness-focused gyms, we prioritize the clinch—the heart of traditional Muay Thai.
• Conditioning: Building the stamina and "Thai Heart" required for high-level competition.
• Mental Fortitude: Learning the discipline and respect inherent in Thai culture.
